Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Kaydiem Script Lab ("The Provider"), you agree to the terms outlined herein. We provide software development, custom scripting, and architectural consulting services.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

Upon full payment of the agreed invoice, The Provider grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable license to the custom code created. Kaydiem retains the rights to reuse generic utility libraries and open-source components.

3. Payment Protocols

* Initiation: A deposit is required to begin the development cycle.

* Deployment: Final source code is released only upon 100% settlement of the balance.

* Late payments may incur a suspension of server services or API keys.

4. Limitation of Liability

Software is provided "as is." While we adhere to rigorous testing standards, Kaydiem Script Lab is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption caused by third-party API changes, hosting failures, or misuse of the software.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kolkata.
